The workshop was a part of the month-long celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2022. The interested students of Lalmatia Housing Society School & College got introduced to elementary aspects of yoga at the event. 

The workshop took place on 21st June 2022 in the auditorium of Lalmatia Housing Society School & College. Syeda Shahida Sultana, Coordinator of HCP, Harmony Trust led the team Harmony. The workshop focused on the applied aspects of Yoga for the physical and mental health of adolescents. Mr. Akmal Hossain, the principal of the hosting institute Lalmatia Housing Society School & College inaugurated the event.
