The assignment aimed to support SCI in strengthening its partnership base in Bangladesh. A two (2) member team of Harmony rendered technical assistance to SCiBD from August to December 2021. Dhaka and Chattogram was the field location. The project revised SCI’s standard OCA tools to make those adaptive to the pandemic situation and accordingly supported Organizational Capacity Assessment and Capacity Strengthening Planning of INCIDIN Bangladesh and YPSA. A revised version of IAOCA was used for the Capacity Assessment of YPSA. For INCIDIN Bangladesh, a customized version of Save the Children Sweden’s online OCA Tool was used.
