Harmony Trust, in collaboration with Friends In Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB), has launched this project. Running from 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2024, this initiative targets the employees of FIVDB across 37 branches in 7 districts i.e., Sylhet, Sunamganj, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Brahmanbaria, Kishoreganj, and Narshingdi. Aimed at reducing stress and chronic pain, and increasing energy and vitality, the project seeks to improve both physical and mental well-being, resulting in enhanced focus and productivity. The intervention includes intensive training and follow-up support, covering Yogic Postures, Breathing Exercises, Reflexology, and Lifestyle Modification techniques along with nutritional education.
