The project enabled four partner NGOs of Pooled Fund (PF), i.e., FIVDB, ACLAB, GUSS, and AGRAJATTRA to formulate comprehensive strategic and tactical plans with clear goals, objectives, and KPIs, including a Year-1 Annual Operational Plan with quarterly targets. PF is a 30-month initiative by BRAC, financed by Global Affairs Canada, and Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, targeting Bangladeshi NGOs to enhance their capabilities in addressing the Rohingya crisis. PF commissioned, and Team Harmony delivered the assignment between 21^st November to 28^th December, 2023 in Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar. Mapping of internal and external environment and SWOT analysis were used as core methods based on desk research, interview, consultation, workshop, and series of group works as the techniques for data collection, validation, and analysis. The process involved multiple stakeholders, including the development partners, board members, and senior & mid-level management staff.
