Harmony Trust Leads Stress Management Session for Government Officials at Angona Sarat Utshob 2025 organized by the Department of Women Affairs

September 27, 2025

We are proud to reflect on the success of our recent health awareness campaign, at “Angona Sarat Utshob 2025,” arranged by the Department of Women Affairs and SUGOTI. Harmony attended the 3-day long festival, in collaboration with its strategic partner Centre for Cancer Care Foundation Bangladesh.

Harmony’s session, held on September 23, addressed a critical component of workplace productivity and well-being: stress management for govt. officials. We engaged with over 50 government officers and entrepreneurs, providing them with practical, evidence-based yogic techniques.

President of the festival, Senior Secretary, Mr. Mamtaz Ahmed NDC and other senior officials appreciate the initiative of Harmony Trust.

The session focused on building resilience and mental clarity through guided practices of – Yogic micro-exercises to alleviate physical strain. Evidence-based breathing techniques (Pranayama) for emotional regulation and focus. The purpose was to equip participants with actionable strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into a busy workday. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and high levels of participant satisfaction confirms the significant value and need for such holistic wellness initiatives within professional environments.

This initiative underscores Harmony Trust’s commitment to fostering sustainable well-being beyond traditional healthcare. We believe that investing in the mental and emotional health of professionals is integral to national development.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Department of Women Affairs and to all participants for their enthusiastic engagement. We look forward to exploring more opportunities to bring holistic health solutions to workplaces across Bangladesh.
