The project aimed to strengthen the organizational capacities of Unnayan Dhara (UD) in the efficient management of resources and organizational management. From September to December 2017, a two (2) member team of Harmony extended its services to UD. Based on desk research and interview with the concerned officials, the project updated four (4) organizational policies, i.e., Governance Policy, Gender Policy, HR Policy, and Cost Sharing Policy. It also revised the Organogram of UD in coherence with the strategic plan of the organizations.
