The study assessed the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability potential of the project, in facilitating clients’ improved access to a sustainable supply of safe piped water for domestic and irrigation purposes, and improved sanitation and hygiene practices. It also examined whether and/or to what extent the project has contributed to an improved health condition of the people it served.
Max Foundation commissioned and a twelve (12) member team of Harmony conducted the study in three (3) Unions and one (1) Pourashava under two Upazilas of Bogra District. The team applied a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches and used Survey, FGD, KII, E-Interview, Case Study, Desk Research, and Observation as the Data Collection Methods. June to July 2019 was the study period.
