Harmony Trust Conducts Stress & Burnout Management Session for Mid and Senior-Level Professionals of Breaking The Silence

July 26, 2026

Dhaka, 23 July 2026 — Harmony Trust successfully conducted an interactive Stress & Burnout Management session for mid and senior-level professionals as part of the Breaking the Silence initiative. The session was facilitated by Syeda Shahida Sultana Elora, Complementary Health Professional, Yoga Expert, Reflexologist, Acupressurist, and Mental Wellness Counsellor at Harmony Trust.

With increasing workplace demands, stress and burnout have become significant challenges affecting employees’ mental well-being, productivity, decision-making, and overall quality of life. Recognizing the importance of preventive approaches, the session focused on practical, evidence-informed strategies that participants could incorporate into their daily routines.

The workshop combined brief educational discussions with hands-on practice, allowing participants to actively experience a range of complementary health techniques. Key components of the session included:

  • Yogic breathing techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
  • Simple Tai Chi movements to improve body awareness, balance, and mental calmness.
  • Practical hand reflexology techniques, demonstrating key reflex points that may help promote relaxation and support stress management.

Rather than being a lecture alone, the session encouraged active participation, enabling attendees to practice each technique under guidance and gain confidence in applying them both at work and in their personal lives.

At Harmony Trust, we believe that employee well-being is fundamental to building resilient, productive, and compassionate workplaces. Through evidence-based health education and integrative lifestyle interventions, we remain committed to supporting organizations in promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Healthy People. Stronger Workplace.
