Harmony Trust Hosts Transformative ‘Yoga for Stress Management’ Workshop

On 30th June, Harmony Trust organized a workshop on ‘Yoga for Stress Management’ in collaboration with Dushtha Sasthya Kendro (DSK). Senior and mid-level managers of DSK attended the transformative event facilitated by Team Harmony. This session was part of Harmony’s month-long celebration of the International Day of Yoga, 2024.

The workshop focused on enhancing participants’ stress management skills, fostering a supportive workplace atmosphere, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Attendees learned fundamental yoga postures for stress relief, breathing exercises to enhance relaxation, and mindfulness techniques for managing stress. Emphasis was placed on integrating these practices into daily routines to sustain their benefits.

The workshop highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to health and well-being, covering aspects such as proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and adequate rest. Participants’ feedback highlighted their expectation of improved physical and mental well-being, increased productivity, and a more harmonious work environment through the use of the skills and knowledge they gathered from the workshop.
