The assignment aimed to support SCI in strengthening its partnership base in Bangladesh. A two (2) member team of Harmony extended the technical assistance to SCiBD from August to November 2018. The project revised SCiBD’s standard tools of IAOCA for the mid-level NGOs and accordingly supported Organizational Capacity Assessment and Capacity Strengthening Planning of Community Participation and Development (CPD). The project also developed appropriate Capacity Assessment Tools for the membership-based Child-Focused Partners of SCiBD.
