The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh had been implementing the 4th Health, Population and Nutrition Sector Program (4th HPNSP) for a period of five and half years from January 2017 to June 2022.

From October 2020 to October 2021, Harmony extended technical assistance for the revision of the relevant chapters of the Program Implementation Plan and the five Operational Plans (OPs) of the 4th HPNSP implemented by the Directorate General of Health Services under the Health Services Division, MOHFW.

The revised OPs were of National Nutrition Services (NNS), Planning, Monitoring and Research (PMR), Health Information Systems and e-Health (HIS & e-Health), Hospitals Services Management (HSM) and Lifestyle and Health Education & Promotion (LHEP)
